The Site is operated by Howden Broking. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Please note that the Site is intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom whilst in the United Kingdom only. Definitions

“Howden Broking” “we” and “our” means Howden Insurance Brokers Limited, a private limited company registered at One Creechurch Place, London EC3A 5AF (with registered company number 725875).

“Group” means Howden and its subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

“Material” means the contents of the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, links, codes and data.

Accessing the Site

Howden Broking will endeavour to ensure that the Site is accessible for 24 hours a day but will not be liable if‚ for any reason‚ the Site is unavailable for any time or for any period. Howden will have the right to suspend access to or withdraw or restrict access to some parts this website temporarily or permanently and without notice.

Howden Broking will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in contract‚ tort or otherwise if the Site is unavailable or suspended for any reason.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Howden Broking will not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions which arises because of any circumstances which Howden cannot reasonably be expected to control. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of these Terms and Conditions and any dispute relating to them.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
