Risk Strategies and Portfolios for Affluent Families

EXTRAORDINARY FAMILIES REQUIRE EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE

We’ve been helping to protect the assets of affluent families for the best part of 70 years. Key to the work we do is understanding how our clients live, so that we can construct an insurance portfolio that gives them the freedom to operate as fluidly as they’d like.

Whether it’s an art collection in transit, a listed property renovation, or the purchase of a new yacht, our role is to relieve them of the complexity that goes with ensuring the right cover is in place when they need it. All while never forgetting the importance of price.

What to expect:
  • A senior, dedicated insurance professional to work with
  • Home visits as required
  • Risk strategy and portfolio
  • Briefing and evaluation of bespoke underwriting
  • 3rd party negotiations
  • Out of hours availability
  • Dedicated claims contact

Almost all of our clients come to us through recommendation or referrals. The standards we set have resulted in families staying with us for decades, and even through generations.

Having joined the company in 1997, Justine has had a lengthy career in insurance broking, working with many of her clients for more than 20 years. With a focus on understanding what her clients require from their broker and insurance programme, and a specialism in family offices, art collections and complex placements, Justine respects and understands the need for discretion and privacy. She has a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute and creates an insurance solution to suit, ranging from different currencies and ownership structures, to the effective management of change. Justine is ready to challenge the terms offered by insurers, both cover as well as premium, and develops long-term strategies to keep premiums as low as possible, and decide when to go to market and when not. Justine is always on the end of the phone, knowing her clients and their risks inside out, and even treating clients like an extension to her own family. Importantly, Justine is there to support her clients at the time of a claim and ensure the insurers settle to the maximum extent of the terms of the policy.
