Mental health & wellbeing

We have a Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee which is primarily responsible for communicating and overseeing all aspects of our mental health and wellbeing initiatives. We aim to support our employees and create a healthy and happy workplace:

  • We have a ‘Wellness Warrior’ in each office, who champions wellness activities/working environments for each location
  • Quarterly ‘step challenges’ to promote friendly competition and get people moving
  • An Employee Assistance hotline which takes calls 24/7 and offers up to 6 counselling sessions
  • Access to Mental Health First Aiders across regional offices
