I’m an Uber driver – are you able to insure me?

Unfortunately we cannot insure Uber drivers.

I’m planning to take my vehicle out of the United Kingdom. What do I need to do?

You need to call or email us to inform us of this so we can ensure you have the correct cover in place. Should it be decided that green cards are required following Britain’s exit from the European Union, these will be issued automatically.

Is there any limit on the annual mileage?

No, there is no restriction on your mileage.

I still owe money on my vehicle through a finance agreement. What happens if I need to make a claim?

Please contact us and we will be able to appoint you a dedicated claims handler at Sovereign Automotive, the company which deals with claims on our behalf. (This is no different to reporting a normal claim). You might also want to consider our GAP insurance product.

What is GAP insurance?

This insurance is designed to cover the deficit between what a driver owes on their finance agreement and the value of the vehicle at the time of loss. Click here for more details.

Do you offer breakdown cover?

We offer breakdown cover at a competitive rate. Vehicles must be no more than 20 years old. Call 020 4511 6721 for more information.

What happens if I need to make a windscreen claim, and will it affect my no claims bonus?

Please contact us and we can put you in contact with your claims handler who will arrange for your windscreen to be fixed. Windscreen claims do not affect your no claims bonus.

What happens if there is a few weeks’ wait for the new windscreen and I can’t work?

Please contact us and we will put you in touch with your claims handler at Sovereign Automotive, who will be able to arrange for original parts to be sourced.

I require Public Liability insurance. Is this standard on your policy?

Public Liability isn’t standard on the policy, however, we can offer cover for £5m liability.
